  2. Gather Data – determine desired applicant knowledge/skills/abilities, determine cultural fit, administer assessment to select employees
  3. Create Baseline – assessment results from employees are analyzed to identify patterns of success with emotional intelligence skills, coach consultant provides customized behavioral interview questions, select applicants who complete the interview are recommended for assessment, coach consultant administers the assessment and compares it to target skills
